In prehistoric times here in Kameoka, it was in a lake. Today, Kyoto Kameoka is famous for a sea of fog, surrounded by mountains.
The clean and sometimes hard climate has produced delicious food for many years.
For more than 90 years, we have been cultivating chickens from seed to table in this fertile land. And now,
a new story of chickens and tortoises is beginning to be introduced to the world.
